Webinar REBROADCAST

Presented on:
Thursday, October 8, 2020 | 1–2:00 p.m. Eastern

Presented by: Diane Link, RN, MHAO

Educating physicians about the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) is important, especially now that the billing cycle has been compressed into 30 days. Collaboration between home health agencies and physicians will be needed now more than ever. Physicians will have to know how agencies are reimbursed, the importance of a primary diagnosis and comorbidities, and the requirements for timely signatures. During this 60-minute webinar, home health expert Diane Link will explain how agencies and physicians can communicate more effectively, as well as how agencies can get what they need from physicians faster.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate effective modes of communication between home health agencies and physicians
  • Implement a process for agencies to receive physician documentation faster
