Course Overview
The role of CDI Educator is rapidly becoming a necessity for successful CDI departments. Job descriptions vary but responsibilities often include training of new staff, auditing and continued education of experienced staff, provider education, residency training and education for ancillary staff. This course addresses a number of concepts related to this role to include organizing and providing education/orientation of new CDI staff, the challenges of provider education, content development and available resources.
