Brian Harris Brian Harris, Director of Financial Consulting, SimiTree Healthcare ConsultingBrian Harris is a consulting director at SimiTree Healthcare Consulting and has amassed more than 10 years of consulting experience in home health and hospice. Harris has operated as a CFO and manager/director for various revenue cycle departments within provider organizations, leveraging his expertise to improve operations, reporting, and cash flow for agencies across the country. He is also involved with HHFMA and other industry workgroups designed to navigate the rapidly changing regulatory and operational postacute landscape.



Robert Simione

Robert Simione, CPA is a principal and SVP of consulting at SimiTree, with more than 11 years of progressive accomplishments and leadership in finance, operations and data analytics to support the home health and hospice industry. He previously served as the Director of Financial Consulting at SimiTree, leading finance and operations teams. As an experienced leader in financial and operational performance improvement with expertise in organizational assessment, budget and financial management, Simione has served in many interim management positions. A Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, Simione has worked closely with a wide variety of organizations to develop financial, operational, marketing and information technology benchmarks that are critical to daily business operations and long-term financial planning. Prior to his years in home care and hospice, he worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he received the Chairman’s Award for excellence in teamwork. There, he served as a senior tax associate, gaining experience in financial accounting and reporting standards for corporate and partnership taxes, auditing, equity compensation and tax attribute allowances.
