Shipping Methods

• Normal delivery: 7-10 business days
• Rush (2^nd Day and Overnight) delivery: 1-3 business days
• Rush delivery is available on only certain items. These orders must be placed on the store before 1 PM Central Standard Time to arrive in the time frame stated.
• Rush delivery is not available outside of the United States.
• All Canadian orders add $35
• All international orders must be paid by credit card in advance
  
  

Shipping Procedures and Order Processing

• Shipping charges are assessed based on products and their price in your basket.
• We will ship all orders received during the business week within 24 hours.
• Product orders received over the weekend will be shipped on the following Tuesday.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes
  
  Example #1: You order a book priced at $155 per copy. The total price including shipping is $173.95 or $155 plus $18.95 shipping. If you add an additional copy of the same book to your order, the new price including shipping is $335.95 or $155*2 + $18.95 + $7.00.
  
  Example #2: If you ordered two books and a newsletter subscription, the shipping charge would be the tiered shipping cost for the books.  Newsletter subscriptions prices include domestic shipping.
