Does the course require any previous experience or training?
No. However, because of the fast-paced nature of the course, it is highly recommended (but not required) that participants have at least one year of experience working in a long-term care setting.

How is the course taught?
The course is taught using a combination of lecture, class discussion, and hands-on exercise/case studies. 

What do I need to bring to class?
When you arrive at class, you will receive an extensive notebook of course materials. These manuals will contain all the materials needed for the training.
