Meet the Speaker

Summer NapierSummer Napier, BSN, RN, HCS-C, HCS-O, is the founder and CEO of Healing Hands Healthcare LLC, Healing Hands Primary Home Care LLC, and Little Black Bag House Calls LLC in Wichita Falls, Texas. She has more than 10 years of experience in home care, with the past 7+ years in executive-level management. Napier oversees the daily operations, growth, profitability, and execution of the company's vision. She is an active member of the Texas Association of Home Care & Hospice, serving as vice-chair on the Medicare/Hospice Committee, and serves on the Finance, Government Affairs, Education, Clinical Practice, and Private Pay committees. Napier is also active with the National Association of Home Care & Hospice, where she participates in multiple committees and councils.
