    Meet the Speaker

    Stefanie CorbettStefanie Corbett, DHA is the CEO of Corbett Healthcare Solutions, LLC. She has a special affinity for seniors and enjoys leveraging her experience, education and passion to healthcare profession¬als for the advancement of healthcare services rendered to the older adult population. Stefanie travels the country teaching and advising SNF providers on Medicare compliance. Her professional experience also includes serving as the Deputy Director of Health Regulation for the state of South Carolina, leading diverse healthcare organizations, working as  licensed nursing home administrator and serving as the Department Chair and Assistant Professor of Healthcare Administration at local universities.

    Stefanie holds a Doctor of Health Administration degree, a Master of Health Administration degree, and a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is the author of 3 books: Competency-Based Care & Facility Assessments: A Compliance Guide for F726 and F838; Long-Term Care Quality Measures: A Guide to Data Analysis, Performance Improvement, and Public Reporting; and The Theft Prevention Guide for Senior Living. She is the co-author of the  SNF Compliance and Ethics Toolkit.

    Stefanie is an active member of several organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Association of University Programs in Health Administration, HCPro Billers Association Advisory Board, HCPro PPS Alert Advisory Board, and Journal of Quality in Health Care and Economics Editorial Board. She previously served as a SC Board of LTC Administrators Board Member, SC Governor’s Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Council Member, SC Institute of Medicine & Public Health LTC Task Force Member, VA Health Care Association Member, and NC Health Care Facilities Association.
