Overview

This course discusses how to assign CPT codes for common dermatological and breast procedures, including modifiers, and how to assign CPT codes from an operative report.

At the completion of this module the participant will be able to:

• Assign CPT codes for dermatological procedures on the integumentary system, including modifiers
• Assign CPT codes for breast procedures including biopsy, mastectomy and reconstruction procedures
• Assign CPT codes from an operative report
