In 2021, Medicare maintained some telehealth flexibilities and introduced new communication technology–based services. Amy TurnerAmy Turner, RN, BSN, MMHC, CPC, CHC, CHIAP, Director, abeo Advisory Solutions, has a widespread background in clinical operations, revenue cycle, internal audits, risk management, and healthcare administration.
