Kornetti, PT, MA, discuss how therapists and therapy assistants can take control of their documentation and ensure they meet professional and industry standards. By clearly defining the underlying issues that cause denials, Krafft and Kornetti will arm participants to better protect their revenue and strengthen the long-term survival of their agency.
