MEET THE SPEAKERS

Toni Cesta, PhD, RN, FAAN, is the director of case management at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan. Cesta was the Commissioner for the Commission for Case Manager Certification for seven years.

Beverly Cunningham, MS, RN,  is the vice president of clinical performance improvement, with responsibility for case management, HIM and quality management with Medical City Dallas Hospital, Dallas, Texas. She is international speaker on the subject of case management, and is a partner and consultant for Case Manager Concepts, LLC, in Dallas, Texas. Cunningham is also a past Commissioner for the Commission for Case Manager Certification.
