AUDIOCONFERENCE ON CD OR AUDIO ON-DEMAND

JustCoding.com presented on October 30, 2008
Compliant inpatient rehab facility (IRF) coding presents plenty of challenges for even the most savvy coding professional. Add in the nuances of the IRF-PAI and UB-04 billing forms, new ICD-9-CM code changes for 2009, and the threat of RAC audits, and an IRF coder can really feel the pressure to maintain compliance in this ever-changing environment.
We designed this 90-minute audio conference to help you understand IRF coding and billing requirements and maintain compliance in light of the 60% compliance rule and Recovery Audit Contractors. Our expert speaker uses case studies to demonstrate various problematic coding scenarios and highlight important 2009 ICD-9-CM code changes that affect IRFs.
NOTE: This is an intermediate-level audio conference. Participants should have some familiarity with ICD-9-CM guidelines and the IRF-PAI training manual.
