AUDIO CONFERENCE ON CD OR AUDIO ON-DEMAND
Sponsored by The Legal Health Record Companion: A Case Study Approach
presented on August 5, 2008
As hospitals move toward an electronic health record (EHR), responding to litigation requests and e-discovery is more complex than ever. Given the strict timeframe in which parties must respond to litigation requests, it is imperative that they devise an action plan that addresses timely responses, whether the type of record is electronic, hybrid, or paper.
During this 90-minute audio conference, our expert speakers define the legal health record and provide strategies for responding to e-discovery. You will learn how to compile fragmented data in an electronic format and produce a defendable record that reduces liability and risk You will also learn how two hospitals with hybrid records defined their legal health record and respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
