AUDIOCONFERENCE ON TAPE OR CD
Sponsored by Patient Financial Services Advisor
presented on April 18, 2007
Transparent pricing initiatives are forcing organizations to develop strategies to educate consumers about their procedure prices. Your hospital’s Web site can be an effective vehicle to achieve this goal, increase your market share in this competitive time, and greatly impact your bottom line.
The wrong information can send the wrong message to your patients and inadvertently send them to your competitor. The need to be proactive and address the call for transparency is now.
Listen to this 90-minute audioconference where our experts take you through a collection of case studies, introduce you to organizations and state initiatives that are ahead of the curve, and guide you through the process of turning your Web site into a positive educational tool for your customers. Our experts provide you with the building blocks needed to implement a transparency initiative at your facility, including offering consumers an out-of-pocket estimator to provide them with an accurate representation of their expenses prior to service. These useful tools and strategies give you an advantage over your competitors and provide a significant return on investment.
At the conclusion of this program, you’ll be able to:
- Determine where your facility stands in addressing transparency
