Join knowledgeable and experienced leaders in a roundtable forum focused on moving population health forward. The HealthLeaders Media Population Health Exchange brings executives together to acquire best practices that benefit their healthcare organization. Member-led, small-group sessions provide a forum for shared ideas and solutions to challenges with population health concerns.

How do I qualify for the Population Health Exchange?
The Population Health Exchange is open to vice presidents and directors directing population health efforts at hospitals, health systems and medical group practices. Titles include chief medical officers, chief medical information officers, chief information officers, chief quality officers, and vice presidents of population health, among others.

Cost:
Sponsors underwrite the Exchange program, so travel and accommodations are covered. Participants are also welcome to pay their own way, if preferred.

Vendors, consultants, outsourcing solutions and other suppliers are not eligible to participate. But we hope you will contact our director of sales for other opportunities in our programs.

Location & Activities

Coeur d’Alene ResortThe Population Health Exchange will be held at the Coeur d’Alene Resort in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The resort features spectacular views of the lake, surrounded by mountains, and includes multiple outdoor activities in the area. Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is approximately 45 minutes from the Spokane, Washington, airport and near Washington’s popular wine country.

Outside of the roundtable sessions, you’ll enjoy relaxing activities and network in the beautiful surroundings, including golf or a lake cruise & lunch.

Lake Cruise & Lunch - Join us for a tour of Lake Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding North Idaho alpine hills and mountains A relaxing cruise awaits you and provides opportunities to view lakefront homes of celebrities and sports stars. On board we will provide a buffet lunch. The cruise will depart from the main dock at 12:00pm.
