Presented on: November 19, 2015
Presented by: Joan L. Usher, BS, RHIA, COS-C, ACE, AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM Trainer
It’s vital to your agency’s financial survival to assess your coders’ proficiency in ICD-10. In this 90-minute program, coding expert Joan L. Usher, BS, RHIA, COS-C, ACE, AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM Trainer, discusses how an agency can compare coding efficacy metrics from pre- and post-implementation and identify any trouble spots that need to be addressed. The webcast’s topics include performing a coding audit to ensure your staff are documenting and coding accurately; identifying (and stopping) issues you find during your audit; and implementing solutions for improvement before reimbursement is affected.
