Meet the Speakers

Mark N. Dominesey, MBA, RN, CCDS, CDIP, CHTS-CP, is the director of auditing and CDI services for TrustHCS and works with clients to develop, implement, and manage CDI programs. His expertise includes leveraging medical documentation for assignment into both MS-DRG and risk-adjusted APR-DRG categories, and the design/delivery of educational content to physicians and other professionals. Dominesey has managed various teams of clinicians and served as both manager and specialist for multiple CDI programs.

Nena Scott, MSEd, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer, is the director of education at TrustHCS. She is an accomplished trainer with over 24 years of experience in educating HIM professionals. As a member of the Mississippi Health Information Management Association, she was recognized with the champion award in 2010, educator award in 2009, and distinguished member award in 2007. She is currently pursuing a PhD in educational leadership.
