ICD-10 Basics for Revenue Cycle Professionals

Overview

The ICD-10 Basics for Revenue Cycle Professionals Online Learning Library is the optimal training tool to introduce the new system to revenue cycle professionals, such as HIM managers, billers, patient financial services, and who need a working knowledge of ICD-10 but do not need to learn how to code.

HCPro’s ICD-10 Basics for Revenue Cycle Professionals Online Learning Library gives students an introduction to the fundamentals of ICD-10 coding. Each course features a streaming video presentation by HCPro faculty in each topic area. Students learn the differences between ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM and the benefits of transitioning to ICD-10. The course focuses on the most important aspects of ICD-10, particularly in areas where the system differs significantly from ICD-9, but does not require students to complete coding exercises or consult coding manuals.
