HCPro subscription products are fully guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you may receive a full refund or credit by returning the item to:

Please note that all HCPro products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (this is especially important for videos, CD-ROMs, audiotapes, and software). However, to qualify for full refund or credit, please adhere to the following return policy:
- All Videos or DVDs must be returned within 30 days
- All Books must be returned within 30 days

HCProfessor's online courses and quizzes are fully guaranteed during your 30-day access period.
Once you have completed a course, and if you have questions or are dissatisfied with that online course or quiz for any reason,
