Use lessons learned from the Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) to avoid additional documentation requests and streamline claim payments. During this webinar, agencies that have participated in the RCD will provide attendees with strategies on how to conduct self-assessments to spotlight coverage criteria and how to ensure claims have everything needed to stand up against government review. Attendees will learn the five most common reasons for non-affirmation of pre-claim reviews and examine what can be learned from these errors.
At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Identify gaps in documentation that are audit flags
- Comply with face-to-face rules and requirements that auditors are currently focused on
- Apply lessons learned from the RCD to avoid denials in all audits
Agenda
- Understand how lessons from RCD states can help all agencies avoid audit risks in the RCD and beyond
- Learn the top reasons reviewers are denying claims
