Meet The Speaker
Jillian Thomas acts as Director of Assisted Living Operations for Covenant Retirement Communities. In this position, she is responsible for the coordination and operational oversight of CRC’s assisted living & memory care programs within its 13 retirement communities nationwide.
Thomas has more than 10 years of health care and management experience in the senior housing industry. Prior to joining CRC, she began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and achieved the Executive Director role within a 80 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care, multi-building community in northern Illinois, in 2005.
She is a dementia practitioner, and holds a certification in assisted living Administration in Wisconsin and RCFE Certification in California. Thomas is also a member of the Leading Age Illinois Assisted Living Cabinet, and is certified as a support group facilitator for the Alzheimer’s Association.
