The approaching new year always serves as a signal to update chargemasters with the newest coding and pricing information necessary for accurate reimbursement, but this is difficult because of the number of processes affected by the chargemaster, along with the many regulatory policies facilities must abide by. Yet with Medicare’s growing focus on price transparency and the accompanying requirements to publicly post a list of standard charges, having a compliant and up-to-date chargemaster is becoming ever more important.

During this 90-minute webinar, expert speaker Valerie A. Rinkle, MPA, CHRI, will unravel the intricacies of 2020 CPT®/HCPCS code changes, HIPAA transaction set requirements, and regulatory standards to guide attendees through the toughest tasks related to chargemaster updates.
